i ahve a 91 ealge talon tsi awd. it is an auto. but to the point. my car has a new 13b with 100 miles on it and when you put your foot to the floor the boost gauge goes to the 14 lb mark then the engine cuts out drops a little below 14 the boosts back up. please help! :talon:

I'm not exactly a master mechanic but. It sounds like its possible your hitting fuel cut. The point at wich the ECU decides too much fuel/air is entering the engine and cuts it off.

If infact its fuel cut I think removing the smaller honeycome in the MAF will help some.
I don't recall what else besides a piggy back computer fixes that.

It very well could be something else. Again I could be wrong. For about 70-100 you can get a datalogger from ebay(a palm III and the cables/software) that will help diagnose whats going on.

As usual I'd reccomend you lower your boost to the point this does not happen untill you solve the issue.
