I have always been a free flowing exhaust freak. I had my exhaust custom mandrel bent 3" but I'm done with the snaking through the body. I would like to run a gsx style exhaust on my gst. Like get a downpipe made for a gsx and then just run the exhaust straight out the drivers side and into a muffler. Has anyone done this?? Or am I just to crazy about the wonders of having the least bends possible, you tell me. I know it can be done just trying to decide about how to go about it.:D

maybe just not so custom, I just want to put a GSX style bolt on exhaust like get a megan racing DP for a gsx and bolt that up and then go with an custom fab exhaust all the way out str8, no need for any bends :D

Are you wanting to go straight to the back of the car like a GSX (from reading your second post). If so this isn't going to happen. The fwd's have the exhaust routing they do, since there isn't a hump through the middle of the gas tank for the driveshaft, like the awds. If you try to run under the fwd gas tank, you probably won't have enough ground clearance & I would want to fab up some sort of heatshield. So if you want to run a complete awd exhaust system, you will need to swap to an awd gas tank.

thats something I did not think about to be honest with you. Im gonna go look at that later on thank you.
