I just installed a set of Crower valve springs/ti.retainers. I am having a clearance issue with the tops of the retainers and the rocker arms (or hla followers). I am not 100% sure but it looks like the crower retainers sit a bit higher on the top of the valve stem (than the stock retainers) and with my adjusted valve stem hight (previous valve job) the arms look like they are rubbing the tops of the retainers.(sorry for the run-on).
I am talking about the side "channels"on the back side of the arm's (the parts that sit right above the keepers that keep the back of the arm locked on-to the top of the valve stem).

1.Has anyone else had this issue?

2. Does anyone know the minimum valve stem tip (section after the top of the keeper recess) height for the Crowers?
If I can't figure this out I am going to have to pull the head and put my stock springs back in. (and destroy a brand new :dsm: metal headgasket).
thanks
