Installed height spec is 1.920-1.950". This is going to change when doing a valve job, swapping valves, etc.

Just curious, why are you swapping out springs with stock cams?

well while my head was at the machne shop they told me my springs were worn and the spring tension/pressure is at min spec somethin along the lines they told me the recomended some new ones. couldn find the stock springs so i did order them. My question is am i ok to run these sprngs on stock cams for around 8 months or so? i will be than going to 272's thanks.

some one also told me these springs installed height is 1.550 im confused on this.

1.920-1.950" is the installed height of the valves. That will determine the spring height. 1.550" is the height at which the springs are rated by the manufacturer. Your machine shop should measure the actual spring height (from the bottom of the retainer to the top of the spring locator) to verify the spring pressure.

These springs will be ok for now, but I wouldn't recommend them for use with the bigger cams. You'd be better off going with a set of PAC beehives.
