crazy idle

Long story short I just installed alot of parts and now the car wont idle right.

Parts list
seimens and delka 750cc injectors
rewired Wally 255
1g NT throttle body with new shaft seals
aeromotive fuel pressure reg
evo 3 16g
arm tru boost
3000gt tps
New iac black top

The car idles at 2500 the climbs over 3000rpms all I have done so far is used link to set the global and deadtime on the injectors and set the fpr at 38psi.I also cleaned up all the boost leaks. I'm not sure if I need to tune the airflow or its the tps or maybe the TB I'm so lost.

it could be your throttle body, isc, linkage. too loose or tight, vacuum leaks do a boost leak test, or tps may different things.

1 : Post a log.

2 : Make sure the TPS is adjusted properly. Link can make these adjustments for you, or do it by hand.

3 : Boost leak test, regardless, until you are sure there are absolutely none.

4 : Make sure TB is adjusted properly. This includes the throttle plate stop, BISS, ISC, and TPS.

A log will tell us which direction to travel on this.

I did all my boost leak tests and they seem to be fine but i did notice one i unplugged the maf the idle dropped down.

I posted my log. I have been trying to capture tps volts but its not letting me
