okay so there is a number of problems, so i dont even know where to start, heres what happened
just got done replacing an axle cause it was going bad
drove fine for the next 2 days
im thinking its unrelated, but just giving all the facts
now, after sitting for a couple days, i went to drive it, drove okay, just went to pick up some food, was like 15 mins total of driving time.
on the way back, starts getting really bad accelleration, like it just doesnt wanna go faster, so i figure okay maybe a leak somehwere, i have had this happen before with an exhause mani-leak. but i keep driving, gets worst, to the point where while im waiting at the next light, just starts dying, more and more. finally get the last light before my house, i stop, it dies.
only way i could keep it alive was giving it tons of throttle
i get it home, now, most times, wont even start, and when it does, it is the saddest sounding idle ever.
barely stays cranked. give it gas to stay alive, feels like its running on like 1-2 cylinders. let off the gas, it dies
i have checked all vital connections on the car to make sure everything is tight, even disconected battery to reset ecu, figured maybe something with ecmlink spazzed out, cause it all happened so sudden.
didnt help, checked for spark, all cyclinders getting spark, also no arc'ing anywhere.
boost leak tested not too long ago, was okay, based on whats happening i would imagine an intercooler pipe would have to be completely disconnected to be this bad
no intake or exaust leaks, while its running i have felt around for air, nothing
alternator is testing fine. doing almost 14v steady
knock sensor is tight, checked that first cause i have had problems with that backing out a little in the past, seems okay
any ideas would be amazing, thanks in advanced. im stumped
