Crankwalk rebuild question

Hey guys just a quick question i rebuilt my motor for my 95 talon it had moderate crankwalk it actually wore almost all the way threw the thrust bearing, in the process of that it ruined the trust surface of the crank. I put all new main and rod bearings and a good used crank (from another motor i had that had burnt rings) and while I had it apart I figured id replace all the seals/gaskets. Now that I have it all together when it revs to about 3500-4000 it has a strange vibration that seems to come from the bottom end similar to the sound of crankwalk but tighter almost (I havn't driven it just revved it up) so I'm a little confused I used a pry bar and lightly pryed on my crank pulley and it doesn't move in or out up or down. I do have a lightweight flywheel but I've had them before in other dsms so I didn't really think it could be that...and I know bearings take time to "brake-in" but I don't think it should have a vibration like that. All my timing marks were dead on. the only thing i can think of and it kind of just came to me maybe the balance shaft tensioner was too tight? or maybe 180 out if thats even possible? I'm just trying to figure out something before I tear back into it. Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

How bad of a vibration? Like you can barely see/feel it or is it rocking the whole motor like a misfire?

It doesn't seem to really shake as much as its just loud

Sounds like your balance shafts are out of phase. Did you align the timing mark on the oil pump gear?

ya i had all my marks dead on as far as I could tell i guess ill have to pull my timing belt cover and make sure everything is good is there anything simple I could be overlooking? Also I am running the 1g cas
