crankshaft sprocket Install

Does anyone know what the spacing between the oil pump and the crankshaft sprocket should be?

It's not absolutely critical; I'd say around 0.050" if I had to guess. Installing the pulley will push the sprocket to where it's supposed to be. It just shouldn't be touching the oil pump or front main seal.

When i put mine together i just pushed the sprocket back until the key was flush with the sprocket. There should be a gap between the sprocket and the oil pump as stated before make sure they aren't touching.
