Cranks all day but only runs for .3 sec

I finally have my car almost done. My current issue is that the car will crank all day but will only turn over once before relying on the starter to keep it going.

The car is getting spark. I tested all 4, all good.

The cam and crank sensors are sending signals, it's logged.

I tested all the injectors, they all had 5v with the key at the 'on' position. When I attempt to start the car they just stay on 5v. No pulsating.

Also, the cam sensor has 12v going to it. Is this correct?

Pull your plugs, is there fuel on there?

Yes. The car will fire once. What seems to be happening is that the injectors are staying open somewhat as soon as the car has power and the fuel is just seeping in. After the spark plugs fire once, there's not enough fuel to keep it going due to no injector pulse.

Found the fix, after buying another flashable ecu (2001 3g, which has all the pins just so everyone knows). All the roms I tried were having the fuel issues except rom 94170715.
