Well the engine is cranking slow. I just relocated my battery to the trunk. I have a good battery, good ground good connections, all fuses are good. I checked with a dvo and i have 12volts to the battery and starter. I tried jumping the car and still the same result just turns over slow. The engine spins free by hand. Any ideas guys?

Sounds like the starter is not getting enough power, Go through and look for a short or similar.
