I have a 6bolt bottom end that I swapped into my 2g with a new clutch forged internals etc. Anyways after the install everything ran great, I think my master and slave were going out because clutch engagement was right on the floor but it didnt move with clutch in, in first gear revving to 7k so I just left it alone. During the rebuild of the bottom end the mech that I was using who's also got some 8 sec tsi's and 800hp 2gs, told me we could machine the wrist of the rods and oversize the main bearing ets to make sure everything was super clean and brand new on the bottom end, but I dont believe it was an issues or I didnt see it anyways till this new clutch got put in. Anyways clutch slipped one time and I took out trans and replaced clutch/slave/master bleed lines etc got everything hooked back up. Clutch was SUPER tight to get on trans input shaft even out of the car so when i got the trans in and line up there was still about 1/2 inch or so i couldn't push it on to line it up flush with block. Same thing happened when I had my 7 bolt bottom end and a different clutch. So I used the bolts to suck it in about 2 turns per bolt at a time to get itflush. Everything lined up including motor mounts transfercase etc. But I'm getting crank pully in and out while at idle. Sounds great runs great at idle 14afr. Less than 200 miles on 6bolt block. What could be causing this? Please dont tell me I somehow managed to crank walk a fresh 6bolt with less than 200 miles :( here's some videos of the movement

I am not 100% sure it's notthe balancer ordered a new fluidanpr and will be pulling timing side tomorrow to get a better inspection. I mostly wanted to see the immediate reactions and see if it was worth pulling the timing side to begin with or if it was something like OBVIOUSLY crankwalk or something. I appreciate the fast replies and wish you all a wonderful easter. Will update tomorrow.

Wouldn't it be easier by measuring the crank end play. If it's in spec. you can rule out any crank walk concerns.
