Langley,
Every once in a while, happened three or four times today, I can hear and almost feel this cracking sound when I am braking. But, it doesn't seem to be coming from the brakes, instead it seems to be right under the shifter or passenger seat. Almost like something is shifting under acceleration and then shifting under braking. Does anyone have an idea as to what it could be? Missing bolts on something? Something worn out?

it is actually more of a cracking sound. almost like a cross-member is loose or something. I don't know what it is right now.
