Couple scratches on wiseco pistons

I have a set of wiseco pistons that i have had laying around in a box in my garage that has been tossed around and forgotton about, and noticed that one has gotten scratched to where i can feel it with my fingernail. Would this pose a threat at all?? What do you guys think??? Any help is appreciated.. Thanks

You will have no problem at all running these pistons. If you want some piece of mind you can smooth out the scratches as sharp edges can cause hot spots but these scratches are no where near deep enough to pose any type of threat.

Id run them. Just smooth them out.

I thought so too, they are in great shape i totally forgot about them and was bummed when i saw the dings on the one :/ Thanks for the info everyone, much appreciated!!

I literally beat the crap out of this engine and had no problems. This thing just would not die with my 16g at 24psi. You're good to go.
