Couple questions with a 6 bolt swap

OK guys here we go. I just pick up a 98 GSX with a 6 bolt motor swap in it. !st off which vacuum diagram do i use??? Now i know there is a topic about this but just listen up.... I have a evo iii INTAKE mainifold. Will that make a difference??? Another question is the alternator doesn't seem to be charging so again which alternator do i get a 1g or 2g? i want ot do this right the 1st time so if your not sure please don't answer....

If you are using the 2G ECU you will need the 2G Alternator.

That all depends on what you still have like emmisions, like the egr, the purge and the fuel pressure solonoid, on the 2G you have those 3 on the firewall, are they connected? Do you have an EGR? do you have a stock fuel pressure regulator? I see you have DSM link so if you want you can remove the EGR and EVAP canister purge valve (the two together) on the firewall and not have to worry about how to hook them up.
