Ok, car runs great, tuned perfect. New clutch goes in now the Coolant temp on the Haltech shows up at -40 [Fault]. Did the usual checked voltage from the sensor, its fine. Ran a new line right from the sensor and spliced into the haltech harness, still -40.

Has anyone seen this happen? I really hope my Haltech didn't take a poo. Also its not fun to drive a car that's fuel maps think the coolant is -40, yeah a little rich.

Its drivin me mad, any idea's or suggestions?

My coolant temp sensor took a crap and showed up at -40 degrees on the logger. They are about $26 from Satan. Make sure you get the one for the ECU and not the one for the gauge on the dash. I can't comment on the Haltech, as I don't have one, but I did have a bad coolant temp sensor.

Even worse, when I routed the entire roll of wire I used to re-run the line, was bad. Man talk about getting f'd. LOL I used another spool, and its fine, was the wire.
