Coolant return line going into back of water pump...

I blew the o-ring out that seals the coolant return metal hard line to the water pump. How do I get it out and what the proper procedure to replace it without removing the water pump. I have searched the forums, looked on vfaq and I still can't find anything. Any help is appreciated.

Oh man, I blew my oring when installing my 50trim. Had to dent the water pipe, and I lost that seal...DOH! So anyway, from the top of my head, drain coolant, remove the waterneck, take all hoses off the pipe and maybe remove some IC pipes so you can pull the waterpipe off. I just dropped the turbo in my case, made life really easy. Good luck, its a PITA.

What exactly holds the water pipe in place? I can get to it just fine I just can't pull the damn thing out! Are there bolts that hold it in place or what? I need to fix this thing tonight!!! HELP!!!
