Ok, starting to get very pissed at my car...I have been having issues with STOCK HG's to basically sum things up, thought it was the head, had it decked and milled to spec, put it on and again issues....tried the fancy copper spary, ok gasket was good but the #1 cylinder was full of water...but the gasket looked good...Pulled that head took it to a shop, pressure checked it all and it was GOOD...the block was also checked and it was good...I have a new head and all that on, I hope it does not do this again..

Why would coolant only collect in that one cylinder..they guy at the shop asked about my EGR vavle...what does that do as far as that is concerned?

How exactly was the block checked? Looks like #1s crack more than other cylinders. Hope it is not your problem and is something simpler. You are lucky you haven't hydrolocked it.

I put a srait edge on it with a feeler gauge, checked it from the "6 points" or whatever it is called...

When you say that they checked the block...how? Did you pull the motor and take it to them? If your head was pressure tested, and there are no cracks in the head, it must be your block...assuming that you are correct with your head gasket analysis. However, I have seen a resurfaced block and head with a copper head gasket with sealing issues. So, I would count on the copper head gasket to be a fixed variable.

That just checks the top of the block or head for flatness. You can still have cracks in the block.
