converting a fwd tranny to awd by adding transercase?

Can this be done or do i need to purchase a awd tranny?

Need an AWD tranny. The FWD trannys don't have the output shaft needed for the transfer case.

hes not doin a awd chassis conversion he wanted to convert a fwd trans to awd trans, its not possible as the gears are different and the case is different

ive heard you can use a VC eliminator but i dont know about daily driving with it
