Spyder Convertible Top does not open

Hi,

I have a problem with my convertible top that does not open. The windows go down correctly and I can also hear a whiring noise from the topstack motors, but the top itself does not open or close.

What may be the reason for this? Thanks for your help!

Sounds like the drive pins sheared.

Both pins were completely broken.
Now everything is fixed and opening and closing works fine!
