well i have a 95 eclips i was wondering if i put a 98 front end on what do i have to change out to make it fit?

Yes, as far as I know everything from a 98 will bolt on to your 95(f&r bumpers, side skirts, and headlights), with the exception of the tall spoiler

you will need headlights as well unless you want to trim up the 97+ bumper.
