Mississauga,
On my turbo, I have a standared 12psi spring wastegate. I had it on the car, running stock boost no problem. Eventually I got the equipment needed to run higher boost (injectors etc)so I installed my boost controller.

On doing so, I was unable to lower the boost from 15psi. I went back to just the straight line from compressor housing to wastegate and still the boost goes to 15psi.

I can only assume I am having a sealing issue with the vac line going to the wastegate.
I have tried both worm clamps and zip ties, but apparently they are not working well.

Does anyone have any other sugestions of what i can try?

Yup,
Everything worked perfectly until I unhooked that line for the first time

EDIT: Sorry, i realized my mod list was way outdated, the turbo is a 60 trim.

Bypass the mbc and see if it goes back to 12. If so, it would be the mbc.

That was the first thing I tried

My bad. I would then first instll a new hose, second pressure test the actuator. Maybe it got damaged while removing the old hose. BTW was the bcs removed already before the mbc install when you were running 12psi?

Yeah I will probably get a new hose, but before that i was hoping i could maybe get some suggestions of what i could try to pinch down on the hose to make a seal.

I have a pretty damn thick Silicone line(that came with the turbo) i find it hard to believe that it has a pin hole or something similar, its pretty beefy.

Yes the BCS was removed when i was running 12 psi
