2G Control arm bushings

Does anyone know the best way to remove old rotted bushings I've been slowly fixing my first car and one of my problems is trying to get out these bushings I was gonna try to use a ball joint press to get them out but I wanted to see if that is a good way to do it because I want to hopefully be able to not have my car down again for an extended period of time so that I can get to work thank you

Depending on the bushing a press or burn them out.

1995 Mitsubishi eclipse with disk brakes and rear upper control arm the bushing that is in the knuckle

Hole Saw to remove the rubber. Cut the shell and drive it out. Replace with urethane.

Thank you everyone for the help I'm learning how to do a lot of things with my car and I appreciate the help I was able to replace them I just cut too deep the first time so I will either need to weld it in the future or find a new knuckle at the salvage yard
