The infamous GSX strikes again!!
This time, it's the front suspension. New tires are totally shot. After 10000km, they look like they've been sitting at a negative 10 degree camber. All normal tread wear on the outer 2/3s and the last 1/3, worn down sharp.
Came to the conclusion that my upper control arm on both driver and passenger side have worn out the rear bushings.
SO, seeing as SPC doesn't sell those fancy arms anymore, I figure it's time to get some coilovers with camber adjustment. Been looking at Megan, read good things, people seem to be happy.
EITHER WAY! to the point.... Energy suspension sells a "Front Upper Control Arm" bushing set. 5.3118 is the part number.
Wondering if anyone has used these before.... Just looking at the instructions, it looks like they would fit in there, but I've never looked at that part close up in person.
Thanks for the input!
The red is where I need the bushings replaced.
And there's the instruction link
