I'm building a 6 bolt swap 4g63 motor
Bottom end .020 over JE pistons, H-beam Eagle rods, Standard ACL Race main and rod bearings, ARP studs ect

Top end, 272 BC's as well as BC springs and retainers. Fuel.... PTE 1000cc injectors, and doing a Walbro 255 pump.
50 Trim turbo and 2 1/2 inch ic piping.
V3 lite for tunning

So I recently went to Texas and picked up a crank due to my crank needing to be cut.... Looked it over and brought it home. Once I got it home in the comfort of my own garage I started measuring and examining the journals. The thrust had some nicks in it but were strange nicks as if it was just handled poorly (almost like someone dropped something on it) I was told to have it looked at and polished but I have a feeling the shops going to say what they said about my first crank. So I'm to the point where I just want to finish the bottom end but I'm just caught up on the crank. My goal is to push 500hp but it's hard to spend that money on the Eagle crank. So I'm wanting feedback on anyone running the Eagle crank. Also more information on 88mm or stroker 100mm cranks, and which to run. Any critiquing or advice on my build list would be all right I'm all ears. First build for this guy and I doing it right. Thanks

I guess I'm just having a hard time finding a good clean crank. I'm getting anal about this crank and I've already wasted my money for the crank I picked up in Texas. Guess I'm just wanting to build perfection. Where could I go to get a decent crank? I've checked with dsm graveyard but their sold out and kinda pricey. I believe they already come with bearings as well.

I've had good luck buying used cranks on the forums here. Be sure to get plenty of pictures and many angles of the crank. Otherwise try contacting some reputable shops and seeing if they have any good condition OEM cranks, maybe STM, AMS, JAM, Maperformance, etc.. They do builds all the time and get blocks from junkyards, they may have some spare cranks laying around.
