connecting install kit pipes to fmic

well i have a 16g with the 2g install kit waiting to be put on my car when i get some free time to do this, but as i was looking under my hood today something confused me about how this install was going to get done. Now the instlal kit came with the j pipe and the second pipe that is like the L i guess . now i have an 18r greddy fmic with the piping on it. now i dont get how the jpipe and the second pipe is su[pposed to connect to the piping on the fmic. if anyone has the same greddy 18r fmic and put on a bigger turbo using the install kit what did you do to connect the pipes. thanks
im going to upload more specific photos later since its not letting me right now. but the 2g install kit is like that of road race engineering with those 2 pipes. thanks for your help or ideas

Everything looks good to me. The L-pipe will connect to where those hose clamps are in the second pic....

so i guess then that blue licp leading to the turbo would become unnecessary? thanks
