I took the battery off to get to the speed sensor last night. No luck pulling the speed sensor, so I just put the battery back on. I connected in backwards :ohdamn:, and the horn honked and then the wipers went off when I tried to start it, and it buzzed when I turned the key. After, I realised it was connected backwards, I swapped it back.

Then, it started right up, but while driving it seems fine, until the turbos start to kick in, then it feels like their is turbo lag or something, then it starts to die. Im associating the turbo lag to maybe stress on the alternator. I jumped it and drove it back without getting into boost and it was fine.

My current thoughts, are the alternator, battery, and ecu. Possibly ignition coils?

What do you guys think?

The alternator causing boost lag is completely un-related.
Check your fuses - mainly alternator fuse to see if they're blown.
Worst-case scenario you fried your ECU.

Ill open up the ecu, check the caps. Ill have the alternator tested, hopefully its not that. Do you know where the fusible links are on this 2g ?

No.
Check the alternator fuse like I said. That will be first to blow.
