Confused after free mod

I just took out the BCS restrictor in my solenoid. One thing though, I didn't gain the "1-2 psi" actually I lost some. I was hitting 12 now it's barely breaking 7. What's going on?

Are you using the stock boost gauge or an aftermarket gauge?

Stock, yeah I know I need an aftermarket, but it can't be off that much that fast, . . . can it?

My stock boost gauge said like 9psi, When I was actually at 27-28psi.

No, it doesn't feel alot slower. Actually, it seems a little quicker. Man, I really need a boost gauge. me

Yes you do. They are very cheap and are essential for an accurate boost reading.
