Well i plan to use a bolt-on t3/t4 in the future, for now i'm going to squeeze the most out of my 14b

I need to do some fuel mods, well pump and regulator cause inyectors are cool with 14b, well i plan to put in a 255lph with a fuel regulator but i am confused about setting up the regulator, what do i exactly need?

Is it wise to put in a 255 with regulator on a rather stock car?

A 255 with a regualtor set at the stock base fuel pressure will be fine.

Depending on what regulator you get determines what you need to install it.

i was thinking of using an OBX or a vortech 1 to 1 FMU

An FMU is the excat same thing that you have now just bigger, bulkier, and shittier. I hate to say it but Buschur has a really nice one that is expensive but it bolts right up and has a gauge already on it. I know that I could make one for the same price maybe cheaper, but I really like the look and the fact that I just bolt it on and I am done makes it very appealing.
