Condensation on the dipstick... What is this?

The car is a 1991 Eagle Talon Non Turbo model. It runs and drives a little sluggish lately, it does not blow any smoke however, it also has some white condensation on the dipstick. My first guess would be the headgasket is going out but I just wanted to see what others think.
 
Take a look in your coolant overfil. See if there's oil floating on top, if there is, most likely it's a head gasket. good luck
