So in my case, I recirculated the bov setup using a 1g bov supplied by fabian, thanks mang. Had to buy a longer vacuum hose (might not be stiff enough) for the top of the bov to the IM... sooo now, when I start my car it always flutters at almost any rpm above like 1.5 i hear tstststsss, sooo I opened the hood with the car running listened, I could hear it mostly from the k&n filter. So my first step was to un-circulate the bov and listen directly to that to see if the tstststs was just flutter...but nope, i revved it up again and it was still coming from the k&n filter...I'm sure with the air coming back through the filter the wrong way (if that's what it's doing) it's probably not good for my stock mafs. My only few thoughts are...
1. bov is too stiff? it is crushed.
2. the vaccum line from the nipple of the bov to the IM is not stiff enough so it may be collapsing?

I'm not sure if my vented bov made this sound or not because the bov itself fluttered too.

If it is my turbo itself, why would it do that? If I replace the turbo can I replace it with a 16g without any mods? just literally bolt on the turbo itself and go?

to fit the greddy bov on the 1G flange adapter you have you will need to drill new holes on the adapter about half an inch from the center of the original hole to the center of the new hole use a 1/8" bit

It's all good, man...no harm, no foul. I frequent on a football MB, but don't post often, and when I do, people fly outta nowhere, and start ripping my posts apart because they think I pissed on their "cyberspace territory" or something. That's why I don't post on these things too often, I come here to do research, and then I'm off. That said, Nick I'll PM you later on and maybe we can work something out, I know full well what it's like to be a broke student. Later!

Took video today. Let me know what you think. Was taken with my cellphone so I'm sure you wont be able to make out the sound.

I'm having a feeling the kid i traded with FOR the greddy type s knock off isnt actually sending it to me, he gave me his broken crushed 1g bov and and supposedly sent out that knock off last week and threw out the tracking number....still not here. I told him i would rather have the knock off over the 1g but he sent me this busted one instead...ok. I hope it does get here soon i'd like my car to go back to working the way it was before i agreed to this trade.
