compression problem

ok we have been working on my friends 2g awd and we did a 1g head swap changed all the electrical stuff including rewiring the cam angle senor so it wont start sounds so close but wont we have changed the coil packs etc. So we did a compression test and it came up

0 in cylinder 1

160 in cylinder 2

55 in cyliner 3

and 0 in cylinder 4

we did it 3 times could this be right ?
and whats wrong

ok there could be 4 issues
1 burnt or bent vavles that are leaking
2 piston rings leaking
3 headgasket leaking
4 bad valve seals

any way you look at it the head has to come back off and it will probably need machined if its a problem up there. Was the engine doin this before you changed heads??

Actually you should perform a leakdown if possible so you can pin point the leaks prior to pulling the head. 0 is almost always valves but 55 is inconclusive.
