hey everyone, I am preparing to do a complete rebuild of the motor in my 91 Tsi AWD and I am shooting for keeping it mostly stock but with a few upgrades to increase power. What I have planned is somewhere around 300 hp hopefully a little more than 300. I am planning to o-ring the block for THE FUTURE and I am installing a 650 cc injectors, Evo III exhaust manifold, O2 housing, and downpipe. I am installing either a small or large 16G turbo with a manual boost controller. I was wondering if I will be able to keep my boost within limits and make around 300 hp without it screwing around with my ecu. I am shooting for 13-16 lbs of boost initially. I realize to give it more boost I will have to modify my fuel delivery to compensate. The car is an automatic and I am planning on installing a shift kit before too long. Please let me know your opinions on this setup and if it is a good base for doing future mods and increases in horsepower. Thanks--------------------------------------------------- cudaboy
oh yeah, and I will be installing a larger aftermarket side mount intercooler to preserve my front clip
