I dont want to hear i shouldnt vent my bov etc, i needed the car running and i used what i had. Its a 96 gst, stock mas, 1g cas, small 16g, ecmlink, greddy rs bov, front mount. The car doesnt stall at all, but i know the afr is messed up because of the bov not recirculating. My question is, would i be able to compensate for it with link.

No you can't compensate for it with link. The only thing that you can do is either recirculate it, get a gm maf sensor and install after the bov, or run speed density.

Maybe a bit, but basically the answer all around will be no, if your running the stock mas. The ecu expects that air to be there you can try and add more in the maf comp table but don't think that will solve any problems bro, might just cause more. Just want to ask but whats stopping you from recirculating it the correct way. Besides the loud bov sound you get and know you like LOL. But like Bryan is saying too, either do it right or get a gm maf or run sd.

I cant recircate it because my front mount has universal fit piping, and where my intake pipe is i wouldnt be able to get a hose that will bend where i need it to. I dont really care for the bov noise, but like i said i did what i had to since it was absolutly needed for me to get this car running.

You can make it work bro, I wish I was at home I'd show you my setup. You don't need a straight hose to route it. I use a piece of hose then a section of pipe to the stock recirc tube to make the bend I needed. Your car will thank you bro for doing it right, and will run better.

this is the setup

Unbolt the bov, turn it 180 degrees and bolt it back on. From there you will need a recirc screw in fitting for the bov. You will easily be able to adapt a hose from the bov to intake pipe then.

If i turn the bov and "make" a hose fit, i think it will be crushed by the hood. I dont know of you see the intake in the pic, but i had to turn it an wedge it to fit. The recirc part is facing toward the hood

Edit. Nevermind i think i see what i could do. Now just to find a hose that will work.
