Black and gray if you want my professional opinion. That's what I did on my red car. Keep the interior subtle, otherwise you'll regret it in the long run. And you don't want your car looking like a little kid's play area.
I have seen a blue and black interior scheme on a blue car that turned out nice, but it was done buy a professional auto painter. So his blue painted interior was the identical paint to the outside. Whatever you do, don't paint too much or too large areas. Before you chose a scheme, not sure if you have the stock black and tan interior or stock black and gray interior. Whichever it is, I would paint over anything gray or tan to black. This way when you chose an accent color, you won't end up with a three color scheme, which is gross.
