coil pack problems?

Sorry for the newbie post. I've been trying to track down why I can't get my 95 gsx, that I recently did a lot of work on, to start. It cranks but doesn't start. It's not getting spark. I tested the plug that goes into the coil packs(while cranking), black w white wire has constant power, blue w red wire gets nothing, blue w black gets nothing.
I've been told that there are five things controlling spark besides the plugs and wires: coil packs, power transistor, cam angle sensor, crank angle sensor, and ecu. How should I go about tracking down the problem?

i believe i am having the same issue with my 92 gs. it turns but wont start, no spark, and the coils tested the same. if you have any ideas please feel free to share. ive been down for three days now.....rough

have u had to remove or unplug cam sensor lately? make sure its plugged in, the coil knows when to spark by the location of cam sensor.

i havent had to remove it until this episode, but it has a good connection
