these are my new front CNC'ed front subframe bushings!!!

CNC'ed rear subframe bushings and rear diff bushings are in the works and will be done soon!
remember I am just sharing pictures of what I have made for myself.

none have been reported, I know several people that have had them for awhile and have had zero issues and none have even noted added road noise.

for reference if you get under an Evo 8/9 you will notice that both their front and rear sub frames are solid mounted with no rubber bushings.
 
PM Sent definitely want a set for the front. I have found other companies that do rears but your all I found doing front subframe.

yeah I think split motorsports makes them, but they make a 3 piece rear which i think is a poor design, but Im sure they do it to save money on material
 
Adam, do you have a installation write-up for these? Just wondering how easy it is to get the OE bushings out.

I dont have a write up, but its very easy. only of of the 6 bushing have a mental outer sleeve and that one is a straight through hole not a cup like the other subframe bushings. the other 4 bushings are just rubber and the pop out pretty easy.

then just press them in

after working in a machine shop for a few years i always wondered how these will hold up long term wise. I know at the shop i worked at we would always press in a steel sleeve to prevent the alum from deforming under the stress of the car launching. Every set of alum mounts never have it so i was just curious.
 
the center bolt hole in the alum mount. just like how the energy suspensions use a steel insert. The alum mounts we made used a thinner steel insert just to help with deformation of the alum. not sure if its needed or not but thats how they were built. just wondering since a bunch of people make them on here without the insert.

I have yet to hear of anyone having this problem, plus i make these holes extra tight so theres really no movement that will allow deformation to start.
