I can depress my clutch and i can shift into all gears smoothly, but if i put it in gear and let the clutch out it does absolutely nothing, not even any noises. Does this mean my clutch is out? Thanks

not entirely it could be a the master cylinder, check next to the clutch pedal and see if theres fluid coming out of it.

There doesnt seem to be any fluid next to the clutch pedal. And i checked the fluid and its full. Does this have anything to do with my speedo registering in neutral and the mileage increasing with the car in neutral???

If the engine is running.
And you press down the clutch, put car in gear, let out clutch - and nothing happens, then you probably need a clutch.
Although I would have expected a little noise.

You can have someone look at the clutch slave cylinder to make sure the clutch
fork is moving and not stuck. If the slave was locked and the clutch was
never engaging then you also would not go anywhere.

But I will bet it is the disk.
