I rebuilt my top end and replaced all the gaskets on the car and the clutch would not disengage properly which was a recurring problem. The car has a Spec Stage 3 6 puck clutch, a new master cylinder, a new slave cylinder, and was properly bled. I installed an extended slave rod and readjusted the master cylinder rod and the car drove like a dream. For the fist time ever the clutch actually engaged in the middle of the stroke instead of an inch or two off of the floor.
However after about two days of driving everything went sour. I inspected the throw of the slave cylinder rod and it seems fine, the transmission is missing a bolt because the ear chipped off of the block but the transmission moves no more than it did when the car drove fine. Some symptoms leading up to the eventual problems I have now are is the car vibrating at low rpms (not an engine issue a drivetrain issue), the car shook at idle but that would clear up if I depressed the clutch, and now there is a squeaking noise when I use the clutch. Also the car will now die if the clutch is depressed even if it is in neutral. I'm thinking separated pressure plate, bad TOB, or broken fork but I wanted some input before I drop the transmission in the next couple of days.
-The pedal still feels exactly the same as it did when the clutch would properly disengage-
