My problem is now my clutch grabs about an inch off the floor and as I can recall that is way too low and I also get a noise when it starts to grab like a sssshhhhh noise maybe from Kevlar? But anyways I have viewed jacks video and that is not my problem fully bleed clutch system..

did you adjust it.

Put the stock one back in and try to adjust it again, I never used a extened one my problem was I didn't adjust my clutch after my trans rebuild.

Had the same issue, Turned out my disk was too thick and needed the pressure plate disk machined down by SBC. I sent it to them and they fixed the marcel springs for a thinner design, redesigned the fulcrum point to make it engage higher and shaved a little from the pressure plate.

I also had the same sound too while engaging the clutch. Turned out the pressure plate wasn't fully disengaging the disk causing that wooshing sound. Fixed everything and it feels great.
Mine is the TZ-B kit with ACT flywheel with new bolts, fork, pivot, slave, master etc...
Contact Jon or Greg at SBC or Tim Zimmer. They are redesigning their disk so people like us don't have to pulled their trans again and send clutch disk out again.
