Clutch problem

Hi all,I've a problem and looking for an answer.
I did just changed my act 2100 to an act 2900 clutch it.
Bleed the clutch but, car doesn't want to go in speed.
The clutch pedal get hard when it almost get on the bottom of the car.
Can you guys help me out.

Make sure you correctly bled the clutch. Also, did you re-surface/replace the flywheel? I had the same issue going from one 2100 to another. A new flywheel fixed it.

Did you put the disk in backwards. There is a FW side.

Problem solved,adjust the pedal.
