Clutch swap? help

I have a 6-bolt swap in my 2g. Do i go by the instructions for swapping a 1g clutch or 2g clutch? I'm just wandering which procedure to go with the 1g or 2g, or if there is any difference.I already have the clutch kit im putting in.

The clutch itself is the same its the flywheel that is the diff.

Yes, you can buy any PP and clutch kit you want. Just make sure you get a 6 bolt flywheel if you're changing that also.

Both are the same. but follow the 2g because you have a 2g. the only differance is you have a 1g motor and it bolts up the same as a 2g.

The 2g has one more mounting bolt and the plate behide the flywheel is different.

First of all that post doesnt even make sense!!!
Facts are, flywheel is generation specific the clutch disc and pressure plate are not. end of story

No you are correct, you remove the transmission the same way. Sorry to jump on you before I thought you were saying the flywheel was the same by reading that post. I appologize
