clutch release point seems random

Ok this is weird. it seems to me like my master cylinder is bad but I wanted to confirm before I pulled it off seeing how its new and only been on for about 5 days. My clutch release point seems pretty random. one time it will be at the bottom of the pedal travel the next it will be at the top and next time in the middle. same thing with engagement. its kind of aggrevating. anyone else got an idea besides master cylinder? clutch is bled, all components are new and pedal is adjusted properly.
