Okay about 2 weeks ago I was driving and I took a corner somewhat fast. I downshifted to 2nd from 3rd gear and when I let the clutch out it only came off the floor about an inch or 2. I pushed it back down a few times and revved the engine a little bit and it finally came out. Ever since then the clutch is quite a bit easier to push in, something I think is not right. And when pushing the clutch in with the car on or off it makes a clicking sound about halfway down, just one click though. It sounds like the click is coming from inside the car. Another thing I have noticed is when I push the clutch in and out it makes a squeaking noise. It sounds like a door that hasn't been wd-40'ed in awhile. It hasn't seemed to be slipping at all just the noises are making me wonder. Any suggestions on what I could check out to see what may be wrong. I got 100,000 on the odometer and the clutch was replaced about 30,000 miles ago with the oem one. Well thats what the previous owner said.....I have no paperwork for it. I won't be able to respond until about 8-ish eastern time because of school but thanks in advance to any who help.
