me and a buddy have been working on a 90 laser fwd turbo, i installed a known good used motor in it, and when we got it done we took it for a test drive and all was good, though i noticed the clutch let out right at the floor. get in it the next day and it wont go into any gears while its running it just grinds..so we replace the master and the slave and ran all the old fluid out and put new in and bled it multiple times untill all fluid came out with no air, now you have to pump the clutch up to have a petal, then when you stop pumping it it loses all pressure and falls to the floor, so we continued to bleed it more with still no air coming out the slave, and still feels the same.....any guidance??:)

There might be some air trapped in the master cylinder. Try bleeding just the master first, then hook the line back up and continue bleeding at the slave. Also, is your clutch assembly properly adjusted and not worn out?

For starters, is your resevoir getting lower when you pump the pedal, or does fluid stay at the same height? Secondly, it's obvious you have air getting in somewhere, what's the procedure you're doing to bleed the clutch. Thirdly, which is probably the reason it wouldn't go into gear prior to the master/slave replacement, is that you need to adjust the clutch pedal properly. You can bleed it all day long and it won't do anything until the clutch is adjusted properly.

Edit: I type too slow apparently.

the clutch seemed just about new, and no we havent bled the master..any tips on how to do it without a nipple fiitting and a hose? yes, when we pump the petal the fluid stays the same..
