I have no clutch feel and the clutch will not return from floor when pressed the salve is moving the fork but no clutch disengagement. Can turn motor over if I spin drive shaft. Any ideas?

Does the clutch fork sit center of the square hole without pushing the clutch in? If it's off to the side then you will need to shim the pivot ball inside the bell housing.

There is a sleeve over the output shaft of the trans is that supposed to move with the throw out bearing?

I'm not sure what's leaking but I have no clutch disengagement. I'm thinking it's the pressure plate. How big of a difference is 3mm of pressure plate hight ? I measured the two that I have with the mating surface down and and one is 3mm taller at the fingers

If its not disengageing its either the pressure plate, the master or slave possibly the pedal assembally inside the car. When u press the clutch pedal, the master and slave work together to push the clutch fork, that in turn carries the throwout bearing which rides on the input shaft pressing on the pressure plate fingers that "bends" the pressure plate away from the clutch disk. It might very well be a worn pressure plate with the 3mm you are talking about. It could even a spring jammed in between the flywheel and clutch disk. One thing i would do is make sure you have no oil leaks inside the bellhousing either the rear main or the input shaft otherwise you will be on the other end of the spectrum quickly with a slipping clutch.

I have now replace slave and master but it seem that the slave isn't moving full motion and the peddle Is only about 3/4 inches from floor what am I missing?

If someone could pm me and I'll give you my number so we can talk over phone that would be amazing!!

Did u check your clutch pedal? Push down on it and see if it retracts all the way back. Make sure there isn'8t any play on the clutch pedal. If so it may need to be rebuild with bronze bushings and welded assembly. I had problems like you but my clutch pressure plate was the problem. The springs were damaged and fell off. That shafts should not have and in and out movement where the bearing rides. If the fork outside the tranny is centered then you either don't have enough push on the pressure plate or the pp itself is bad.

Look at how your clutch fork is contacting your TOB. There are tabs on the TOB that the fork sits between and there is a spring clip that holds it there. From the picture above it looks like your fork is not being held against the TOB and I don't see the spring clip. There is also a sheet metal keeper that holds the fork to the pivot ball. Check that it is still in place (only a rivet holding it on).

On an additional note, definitely check what's leaking and replace, or just replace the rear main seal, gasket, input shaft seal and transfer case input shaft seal for peace of mind. No sense putting it back together with all that mess going on.

Just stole this picture from another current thread (TRE/PPG Dogbox) that shows what I'm talking about here.

The peddle feels extremely light but comes all the way back like it should but the slave still only moves about 3/4 of an inch and the fork is about 3/4 on and inch from the right. I have shimmed the fork and the pressure plate looks good.
