- I bought the car in "okay" shape in 2002 from a hole in the wall used car lot. I did some minor mods after doing a bit of maintenance and drove it for 2 years before it developed "heart problems". Then I started to grow up and it became a lawn ornament for 13 years until I finally had the resources (time, money, garage, etc.) to replace the $3 part that was keeping her still. She's finally moving under her own power again and I've had a blast boring my wife to death with car talk for the last 2 years.
The current goal will be to build a 400-450 hp car focused on the strip but drive-able on the street. Enjoy the build journal!
