Okay fellow dsmer's, My clutch pedal is squeaking, and is driving me insane. I have tried spraying wd40, lithium grease, and penetrating oil, but of coarse nothing has worked so far. I highly doubt this, but is there a grease insert on the clutch and brake pedal shafts that will grease up the pedals? Has anyone else had this problem with there pedal and if so what did you do to fix it? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

not sure if this will work for you but it fixed mine theres a spring on the clutch that usually rust take that off and clean it up a bit

Lol mine squeaks sooo much. I sprayed wd40 on the little hinge thing at the top of the pedal and it helped a little. Squeak is there but minimal

Mine squeaks as well but not that loud. I normally have the radio on so I can't hear it. I would try to clean the spring. I'm surprised grease didn't fix it.[

Ya me too, the only thing I'm thinking now about know that might fix it, is to take our the whole pedal assymbely take it apart and grease everything with bearing grease. :banghead::banghead:

Thats what I thaught you did already. It takes time but worth a try. Its a common problem its sounds like. Is it really that bad. Is it look rusty?

That's what I had to do... Change the little bushings in there out too if you can find some to fit in there. I found some with a urethane sleeve inside that fit just right over at Fastenal... I have no idea what they are for, but they fit, and it's smooth and quiet. I put it back together with high temp silcone grease too. No more "reeeEEE-urrr" noise. :D
