I have a 1995 GSX with around 32K miles. It has the ACT 2600 clutch. The slave cylinder restrictor has been removed as well as the accumulator.
The problem I'm having is that under hard acceleration the clutch pedal does not completely return, only about half way. The system has been bled and there are no signs of leaks or fluid loss. I have done plenty of reading on crankwalk and fortunately I don't feel thats my problem. Not ruling it out though. Is there an easy way to check for early signs?
Somebody with a 1G posted the exact same scenario with the ACT 2600 a couple of weeks ago and I just can't find the thread to see if he got an answer. Could it be the flywheel was not stepped correct?
