Clutch Pedal Friction Point Isn't In A Steady Place.

My cars being weird... When its cold, the clutch grabs about 1/3 of the way from the floor...the way I like it. But after about 15-20 miles of driving, it starts grabbing almost all the way towards the top. What can be causing this? Thansk for any help
