Ok, I searched already on here and no one really had any good info on this problem. My clutch clicks when 75% of the way to the floor. Is this a problem that I should be worried about? If it is not going to stop engaging / disengaging the clutch and no real harm can happen. Then I guess I could live with it. Just wondering if there was anything I could do to remedy this.:dsm:

A click at the clutch pedal (if it's an internal click) could be either the master rod slapping (if there's no leaks behind the pedal it should be fine) or the spring that's part of the return mechanism of the clutch is bone dry. Add a little white grease on it and see what happens.

If it's neither, you could check the pin that holds the clutch pedal to the master rod fork, it could potentially move a bit in there (I've never seen this but you never know)

Could you describe the clicking a little more if this doesn't rectify the issue...can you feel it or just hear it? Does it sound metallic?

Hope this helps out.
